Course Overview
This practical, non-technical course helps business leaders move from scattered AI experiments to routine, measurable use. You will diagnose where AI adoption stands in your area, identify and prioritise measurable use cases, and set out ownership, guardrails and success measures.
You will then design a pilot that can scale and bring everything together in an AI Adoption Roadmap that you can take to your sponsor.
Level: Beginner
Who it’s for: Executives, department heads, transformation leaders, business managers
Pacing: Self-paced: about 8–16 hours including exercises.
What You'll Learn?
- Diagnose where AI adoption stands and identify the root causes behind stalled or uneven adoption
- Assess readiness across people, process, data and technology using evidence and confidence levels
- Discover and prioritise measurable AI use cases by impact, effort, risk and evidence
- Define practical success measures and baselines for selected use cases
- Clarify adoption ownership, use-case ownership, decision rights, governance and responsible-use guardrails
- Design a pilot, a 30-60-90-day implementation plan, and a people, skills and communication plan
- Assemble a 13-section AI Adoption Roadmap with a leadership adoption view, risks and dependencies, a sponsor ask, and a sustaining-adoption review rhythm
- Executives, department heads, transformation leaders and business managers
- No technical background needed
- Some awareness of generative AI assistants is helpful, but you do not need to use one to complete the exercises.
- A real team or business unit to apply the exercises to
